HOW THIS TECHNIQUE CHANGED MY LIFE
Let me share with you my life experience.
share with you what I have lived and practiced for years. I come from a small village in India. I still remember how I prayed for rain because our 'school' was under the trees and we had a holiday whenever it rained. I later studied in two world-class universities.
I have always practiced the techniques I share with you in the course.
I am a 200 - Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I am an avid student and practitioner of wellbeing techniques and making connections to subtle-body energies. I am also a Certified Vishoka Meditation Teacher Trainee in the Himalayan institute, PA (USA).
I did a lot of research and invested time into finding something that works for me, then refined it over the years to help other people.
The results of having a clear mind are life-changing.
