TJT BASICS© PROGRAMMES
WHAT YOU GET…
A monthly (based on a 4 week mesocycle) training programme delivered to you via our state of the art coaching/ training platform.
- At the completion of each 4 week training block, the next programme will be released for you to commence.
Like the TJT Taster© Programme, 3 different programmes which pertain to the following levels of athlete will be made available:
- TJT Begin©
- TJT Develop©
- TJT Perform©.
How do you know which programme is right for you?
- Answer a short questionnaire which will signpost you to the right programme.
NOTE: If you had already completed the TJT Taster© programme, then you can skip this stage and continue developing at the level you are comfortable with..
