A steady, relational space for women who want to feel sturdier in themselves and more satisfied in their lives and relationships.
The Hearth:Virtual Circle
A Steady, Heart-Centered Morning Circle for Women
Within The Hearth, there are many ways to gather—some restorative, some therapeutic, some ongoing. This page offers more detail about the virtual morning circle, a consistent, relational space for women who want a steady place to return to themselves and to community as the year unfolds.
This circle is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It is about creating space to listen—to what matters, to what is shifting, and to what wants care—within the shared presence of other women.
A Common Starting Place
Many women who are drawn to this circle are not in crisis. They are functioning, capable, and engaged in their lives—yet sense a quiet drift away from what feels most meaningful.
Often, what’s missing isn’t effort or insight, but rhythm. A place to pause, reflect, and remember what matters beneath the pace of everyday life.
The Hearth: Virtual Circle offers that place.
What This Circle Is
- This is a live, weekly virtual circle that meets in the morning and unfolds over the course of a season. Each gathering follows a simple, familiar structure that supports reflection, presence, and connection.
- Rather than focusing on problem-solving or analysis, the circle invites slowing down and listening inwardly—while being held in a shared relational field. Over time, the continuity of the group allows trust, depth, and meaning to develop naturally.
- This is not a drop-in group or a class. It is a committed circle that values consistency, presence, and community.
How We’ll Gather
Each session includes a gentle, steady rhythm, such as:
- A brief opening to arrive and settle
- Guided reflection or inquiry
- Optional journaling or gentle movement
- Time for sharing and being witnessed
- A simple closing to carry into the day
You are never required to share. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are—quiet, full, distracted, tender, or grounded.
Sessions are not recorded in order to protect the privacy and trust of the women who are present.

Your Guide at The Hearth
Carrie Haynes, LPC
I’ve spent many years supporting women in creating steady, meaningful practices of reflection and connection—especially in seasons when life feels full or fragmented. My work blends psychological insight with relational and embodied approaches that support listening over striving.
In this virtual circle, my role is to offer a consistent, welcoming rhythm and to tend the group space so intentions can be spoken, witnessed, and gently returned to over time—within a community that values depth, care, and presence.

Participant Reflections
❝ Carrie creates a circle experience that is authentic and deeply healing. Spending time with other women has deepened my connection to myself, and I find that I’m living more aligned with my values and my health. I look forward to continuing with this circle.
This group created a safe communal healing experience that reminded me that I am not alone. The most powerful part was feeling emotionally held by a group of strong women.g with this circle.❞

A greater sense of grounding and emotional steadiness
-
Increased clarity about what matters most
-
More ease returning to intention amid daily demands
-
A felt sense of connection and belonging
-
Greater trust in their own inner signals and pacing
Rather than dramatic change, the impact of this circle is often subtle and cumulative—felt in how women show up to their days, relationships, and decisions.
