My professional background includes over 20 years in church ministry, but recently I transformed my career path, and am now certified as a life, career, and executive coach.

I find great joy in coaching people who want to lead intentional lives of purpose and impact. I have a particular passion for “coaching the world-changers” – young adults (and the adults they grow up to be!) with a deep desire to use their abilities to make a positive difference in the world, regardless if “world” means their immediate sphere of family and friends or a wider circle.
I use resources such as CliftonStrengths, the Enneagram, and creative problem solving tools to help clients grow in self-awareness and make creative and courageous choices in their lives. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Canisius College (Buffalo, NY) and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary (East Aurora, NY).
I live in Amherst, NY (between Buffalo and Niagara Falls) with my husband, Chris, and our crazy dog, Dewey.
