MEET LUKE RINGROSE
Luke is known as one of the top coaches in the UK and currently the highest qualified Right Sided Instructor in Europe.
As well as teaching beginners and aspiring pro’s here in the UK, Luke also teaches a healthy stable of pro’s on the European Tour. These include European Tour winners Mikael Lundberg, Felipe Aguilar and Fabrizio Zanotti. He also works with Senior Tour legend, Jean-François Remésy.
Luke’s golfing story started 15 years ago when after winning many county Junior competitions including the Sussex County Boy Championship in 1995 as well as reaching the Quarter Finals in the British Boys later that year, he knew he wanted a career in golf.
Luke travelled to Australia to work as a certified instructor with Gary Edwin, who is recognised as one of the most prominent golf coaches in the world, being named ‘PGA Australian Coach of the Year’ in 2019. It was here that Luke adopted Gary’s ‘right sided’ swing techniques to deliver the highest level of instruction and also had the privilege of working alongside pro’s such as Rod Pampling (World No. 22) on Tour in Australia, the US and in the UK.
Luke returned to the UK in 2002 to continue working as a coach as well as launching the first and only RighSided Golf Academy to provide quality, professional and knowledgeable coaching that will stand up to the pressure and scrutiny of the game at all levels.
