I recently participated in an online group meditation held by Karen. Having never been part of an online meditation before I was feeling a little anxious. However, I was quickly put at ease by the way Karen gently and lovingly lead us all on a wonderful meditative journey in which I personally was able to connect with beings on a Galactic ship.  The whole experience was truly beautiful and touched me deeply. Looking forward to the next meditation.
