A regular meditation practice helps you to break through habitual thinking patterns and to become more open-minded.
Your breath is the bridge between your body and your mind. Through your breath you can open your subtle body channels and so your energy flows throughout your entire body. This will increase your inner warmth and well-being and you will find yourself radiating with a youthful glow. Finding your inner warmth is a method to discover unconditional love within yourself.
