Jen Hatcher
President

Jen came to the music industry through marketing and philanthropic development. She moved into venue management, then quickly on to national show promoting in venues & festivals across the U.S. and never looked back. After 20 years she remains thoroughly exhilarated to work with headlining artists, entertainers and the amazing production team pros who bring the magic to life technically. Her passion lies in the relationships she builds while creating distinctive, extraordinary shows & finely detailed, full-service events with purpose and verve.

Jen delights in connecting aspiring musicians with regional & national performance and sponsorship opportunities. Amidst the current sea of internet potential for artist exploitation in the digital age, she has made it a mission to pay her expertise forward educate musicians on the recognizing correct systems of the music industry to grow & safeguard themselves & their intellectual property. When Jen isn’t working, you’ll typically find her chilling in one of her favorite music spots or as close to a beach as her schedule will allow.

Mike Wicklein
Senior VP & Executive Director of Production President

Mike is truly videographer to the industry having worked with artists which include, Gaga, Denzel, Roger Waters, Allman Brothers & countless others. His music industry resume expertise runs the gamut of venue management, to film & show direction, to major corporate event production, to A&R & educator. He is known for attention to detail &generously giving back to the business he loves so much.

Mike is passionate about collaborating on meaningful projects and uses his skills and expertise as videographer to bring attention & life to urgent causes which are relevant to the betterment of local as well as global communities. When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find him on the water, soaking up the sun, listening to some blues.

Brody Patrick
Marketing & A&R

Brody began his journey in the entertainment industry working in major venue marketing. He’s held a multitude of responsibilities, including managing VIP meet & greets, promoting shows, band photography, and anything else that he can get his hands on. After a brief hiatus to earn a master’s degree in Mass Media and Journalism, landed a job in the promotions department for a radio broadcast agency and brings a keen eye to detail and fresh ideas to every project. Brody’s commitment to his craft is unquestionable, he is always committed to serving with excellence and ready to dive into the next “big thing”. Brody lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, poodle, and calico cat. When he is not at work, Brody spends his time on YouTube searching for and studying various musical artists and bands.
