I was born and raised in El Salvador with four siblings during the civil war. After coming to America, there were times when my family had almost nothing.

From there to being the Vice President of a large electrical construction firm in San Diego, I made my American dream come true.

Got a second chance in life in 2018

I loved climbing the corporate ladder. I thought I had it all until life decided to show me the mirror.

In 2018, everything I worked so tirelessly for vanished with my health. Paralyzed. Intubated. 72 lbs at worst. I was given 24 hours to live.

I had it coming. Working tirelessly for years without a break, completely burned out, I had forgotten there’s life beyond work.

And when I was on my deathbed, thinking of seeing my loved ones for one last time, I promised if I got a chance to live, I’d do it right.

Started my firm in 2021

I walked again and started my firm, M Squared Talent Solutions, in 2021. My motivation was to help construction talent and companies find the “right fit” while helping candidates fulfil their family and life goals. I didn’t want people to make the same mistake I made of ignoring health.

I knocked it out of the park by helping many electrical professionals find meaning again.

Sure, the comeback sounds like a movie climax. But I wasn’t alone. My husband supported and inspired me to start the firm. My friend of many years and my pastor, Darin Sargent, guided me to become courageous again.

Meet Darin

Born with only 5 fingers, Darin has seen how difficult life can get with a self-limiting mindset. Growing up with a disability, he’s seen all the ups and downs life could possibly throw at us.

For him, his disability is a gift, which he’s used to help hundreds of thousands of others to live a life of purpose with a winning mindset.

He’s spent the last 3 decades helping people find their full potential, even in times of adversity and has radically transformed lives

Darin guided me to reframe my thoughts about fear. I realized that fear is merely a state of mind that can be overcome with a winning mindset.
I knew life wouldn’t be the same again. But I also knew that life can’t knock me down again.
When I was diagnosed with Porphyria, a rare blood disease, in 2021, I was prepared. This time, I didn’t drown in the thought of never being able to live a normal life again.

Every incident hinted toward the launch of M Squared Coaching.

Coming from a small country to creating a successful career in construction and facing near death for ignoring my well-being,

I knew these experiences were a calling to my purpose in life–to help people in construction live a wealthy, healthy, successful, and meaningful life.

I realized I needed to lead construction talent to a meaningful life I had failed to live for a long time.

That became the foundation of M Squared Coaching–a result of having Darin and my WHYs aligned.
