I know first hand that our health, diet, exercise, and stress don't always get as much attention as it should. I understand, I am a mother of five who homeschooled my children, kept up with a hectic family schedule and work demands.

Meet Dr Marie

Hi, I'm Dr. Marie Hoffmann and if you’re over 50, and starting to notice that
you have less energy, have put on some extra pounds, or notice that your memory or
recall is not as good as it used to be

I'm here to tell you that HOW you age is in your control

Research is clear that what we do now will affect our health in the next 10, 20,
or maybe even 50 years.

Change is too difficult!

It can be. And I know this first hand. When my youngest daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease it required us to make immediate and drastic changes to our diet. But most don't need to be that aggressive Don't worry, you don't need to clear out your pantry and fridge, you don’t need to wear a garlic necklace and walk barefoot, or take some magical new supplement. You will  have more success with pacing changes  gradually, making one or two changes at a time / every week and building on your success. ( Yes, you get to continue to enjoy food and meals.) This is what will help lead you into lifelong habits.
