Seasonal Day-Long Circles for Women

A spacious, in-person gathering to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

REQUEST A CONSULTATION

There are moments when what’s needed isn’t more effort or insight, but space. Space to slow down, listen inward, and be with what is quietly unfolding.

Across the year, four in-person, day-long circles are offered—each aligned with a season and held with care, clarity, and intention.

These gatherings are for women who want time to reflect, feel, and reconnect with what is emerging as the year moves on. These circles are not therapy groups and not training experiences. They are restorative, reflective gatherings where depth unfolds gently through presence, simple structure, and shared community.

The Seasonal Circles

Each circle is guided by a seasonal myth, offering shared language for
the rhythms of women’s inner lives.

  • 🌱 Spring — Persephone: The Return
A circle for noticing what is beginning to stir—what wants light, movement, or expression as a new season opens.
  • 🔥 Summer — Psyche: The Call to Devotion
A circle for clarifying what truly matters now, and discerning how you want to offer your time, energy, and care.
  • 🍂 Autumn — Inanna: The Gate of Release
A circle for sensing what is ready to be loosened or laid down as the year begins to wane.
  • ❄️ Winter — La Loba: Listening in the Dark
A circle for slowing down and listening beneath the noise—allowing something quiet and essential to take shape.

Each circle stands on its own. You’re welcome to attend one, several, or return across the seasons.

Working with Myth

Long before psychology had language for transition, devotion, grief, or renewal, stories carried this wisdom.

Myth offers a way to approach inner experience with symbolic distance—inviting reflection rather than self-judgment. In circle, these stories are not instructions or answers. They act as mirrors, helping you recognize where you are and what may be asking for your attention next.

No prior knowledge of myth is needed. The stories are offered simply as companions for meaning-making, embodiment, and reflection

What the Day Includes

Each gathering is intentionally paced and clearly held, allowing you to settle into the experience without rush.

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through
  • Grounding and meditation practices
  • Journaling and reflective inquiry
  • Gentle embodiment and movement
  • Group sharing and being witnessed in circle
  • Spacious pauses for rest and integration

You don’t need clarity about what you’re working on or what the day will bring. The structure supports depth without pressure.

“I didn’t know exactly what I needed—only that I needed space. This gave me that.”

Meet Your Guide

Carrie Haynes, LPC

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience holding group spaces for women grounded in presence, relationship, and embodied listening. Over time, I’ve come to trust what can unfold when women are given space, rhythm, and care — and when attention is invited inward, without hurry or expectation.

I care deeply about creating spaces where you can arrive just as you are. Spaces shaped by respect, curiosity, and a shared willingness to listen — to yourself, to others, and to what is moving beneath the surface. My work is informed by clinical training and years of facilitating groups, as well as a deep appreciation for the wisdom that emerges through shared presence.

In these day-long circles, I tend the container with intention and care. I offer gentle structure, guide reflective and embodied practices, and stay attuned to the group as it unfolds — so there is room for rest, insight, and meaning to arise naturally through story, rhythm, and connection.

If one of these circles feels resonant, you’re welcome to join.

There is space here to pause, reflect, and gather.
