WHAT YOU GET…


A 5 weekly (mesocycle) training programme delivered to you via our state of the art coaching/ training platform.
  • At the completion of week 4 of the training block, week 5 will include some testing protocols for which the results of (and the inputted training load data from weeks 1-4) will form the basis of the prescribed loadings for the ensuing mesocycle.
Due to the fact that it is ‘Custom’ in nature, programmes will be based on a needs analysis for the individual.
  • A 30 minute TJT© Needs Analysis session via Zoom * Athletes will be assigned a coach based on their geographical location and thus have access the calendar of their coach, and in so doing be able to book into an available time slot.
  • 1 x ‘ECoach’ virtual session per fortnight (60 minutes in duration) to be booked by the athlete into the online calendar as mentioned above. * There will be a number of options made available and in the event that no slots are available in a given week, then those that cannot book in will be prioritized for the following week.

NOTE: This programme service is only available to athletes over 16 years of age. Each athlete subscribing to this service would be expected to sign a disclaimer stating that they are over 16 years of age, fit, healthy and capable of following this level of programme.

  • A readiness to train database to fill out every morning, which will be a simple questionnaire to complete (2 minutes maximum) accessible via the online training platform and stored securely so only the TJT© coaching team can access this information.
  • Push notifications sent to you through the smartphone or tablet app regarding training performance or any other areas which may affect performance both positively and negatively.
  • A quarterly performance report (maximum 2 pages – as required) based on the data reported in the app and the testing data reported at the end of each 5 week block. The report will include relevant recommendations for the next quarter also.

NOTE: A finite number of coaching hours per week will be made available for online coaching and given there will only be a maximum number of places at this level per region/ coach, each athlete should have access to a 60 minute coaching slot every 2 weeks.

PROGRAMME REFLECTIONS & PLANNING

A 30 minute communication session in week 5 of the (mesocycle) training block to discuss the follow up training block. *This is bookable through the online calendar by sourcing an available time slot.

PERFORMANCE REPORT

A performance report can be produced each quarter (maximum), but only as directed by the Performance Coach/ Mentor.
